How it typically works

1 Planning & implementing the connection
Together with your integrator: cameras, paths, permissions and priorities – through to commissioning, test and acceptance.
2 Monitoring & alarms
The ARC watches the agreed mode and clarifies incidents: classifying alarms, using picture/context, coordinating call-backs.
3 Initiate the action plan
Police, intervention, patrol or site management (or similar) – escalation to your brief, with acknowledgement and documentation.
