Many people know the situation: the front door clicks shut, the spare key is with parents in another city, or the children come home from school and no one is there in time. With a depot with us you have a plan B that does not mean calling any locksmith from the internet.
We hold your keys marked neutrally and agree with you who receives a key in an emergency and how we identify you (identification, release). That keeps it traceable and secure – even when things have to happen quickly.
Typical situations – not one-offs for us
- Door or flat door slammed shut – without forced-entry damage we work, where agreed, with proven methods and clear rules.
- Holiday, short trip, care – a trusted person should be allowed to collect the key: we set the rules in writing in advance.

- The aim is a planned solution with a depot and agreed deployments – not the ad-hoc market for door openings. What is technically and legally possible in a given case we discuss with you honestly in advance.
- How secure is the holding?
- Keys are labelled neutrally; access only under internal rules. Details of safes, access and checks we explain in a personal conversation – without going public on sensitive points.
- Only in Münster?
- Our focus is where we already have patrols and organisation – operating radius and depot location are part of the agreement.
